Then this is the course for you, we film you running and look at your entire technique in slow motion to see where you’re going wrong. Based on this information and a biomechanics screening we then give you the corrective exercises to improve yo technique, which with practice will improve your efficiency, ease off any niggles you have and ultimately improve your race times.
