I have worked with Ian over a period of 10 weeks and seen a massive improvement.

Spending most of my teens and all of my adult life involved in either professional or semi professional football, it was a natural progression for me to move in to the fitness profession. I still play semi professional football to this day and most of my interests outside of work involve playing or watching sport in some capacity.
I am also a keen globe trotter and have visited a fair few countries with many more on the list. Top of that is a trip to Machu Picchu in Peru.
I have been in the industry for 10 years now with most of those years as a Personal Trainer, 5 years ago I trained as a Biomechanics Coach which basically means I look at why your body moves like it does and how can we get the most out of it.
I set up the Injury Clinic 4 years ago working out of a hired room in a local hair dressers. I set the business up as I felt the link between the medical world and fitness world was very poor and I wanted bridge the gap and have a higher quality of trainer working with a more open minded health professional. Today I believe we have that which lead me to set up the Fitness clinic earlier this year with aim to bring people confidence in their body again without the fear of getting injured.
I have a set screening process which allows me to see how your body moves and highlight weaker areas that may cause some injuries further down the road if not already. I then build you a program based on a 4 step process, ensuring you become injury free and stay injury free. Your fitness world is then your oyster.
