The body transformation begins with a 1-1 intro where we take measurements and map out your goals showing you a clear path to achieving your desired results from your starting point. This can be delivered in small group or 1-1 format with the former being the most popular amongst out current clients as working in a group with like minded people helps keep you motivated and moving forwards when things get tough. This is not a gym class but a program designed to get you results, and you will be required to commit to the training for you to get the results you’ve set out to achieve.
