It is very common, particularly nowadays with the majority of people working harder, longer and greater stress levels, for injuries to occur when training. With a background in biomechanics coaching we are able to identify where the injuries stem from (root cause) as opposed to just treating the symptom (site of pain). As a result we can help you get rid of the injury for good as opposed to relieving pain only for it to come back twice as bad.
